The Wave Hotel Condado - San Juan

The location was fantastic, close to beach shops and restaurants. My kids loved the rooftop area. It was perfect for hanging out after a day of exploring. It felt really convenient to enjoy local spots without going far.

In my wife's opinion, the rooms need more space for families.

The hotel was in an excellent location, in the area beyond the map offered. Moreover, it was very close to Santurce and the center of condado as well as old and new San Juan, the cruise ports and airport.

The Classic Queen Room was nice and clean, and the A/C worked well, great because my wife sleeps hot! We appreciated the attention from the staff, especially Luis at the front desk, who got us more toiletries when we asked. The location is super convenient for walking to nearby restaurants and the beach. No major complaints, just a solid spot to crash for a couple of nights!

They provided lots of amazing choices for breakfast that was included. The location was excellent and fantastic, within walking distance of old town There was an attached restaurant nearby.

Some people working there were not very friendly.

Loved the rooftop view, and the location was easy for beach walks. The clean room. Plus, check out that local taco truck nearby!

The Wave Hotel Condado is beautifully decorated and cozy. Its proximity to the beach and shopping made it very convenient for me to explore, and the staff were attentive and helpful.

The hot tub was not functioning .

the hot tub was broken during my stay (major bummer). the room was clean, and air conditioning was freezing cold! the staff was super friendly and accommodating. breakfast with a lovely city view was a great start to my days!

Wave hotel condado has a fantastic location, close to both santurce and the center of condado. The comfort king room was cozy, and I appreciated the sun terrace and hot tub for relaxation. Plus, the prices are very affordable for such a great spot.

Tight, cramped rooms that felt less spacious than expected!!! Unimpressive communication regarding cleaning service and housekeeping delays!!!

Great place for the basics

I was working in San Juan and this was a nice spot to crash. The bed was super comfy and the AC was on point. Coffee maker in the room was a lifesaver. Plus, a light breakfast on the rooftop with views was a nice bonus. Just wish there was a mini-bar or something to grab a snack.

great location but small rooms

The rooftop provided fine city views, perfect for sunset. Breakfast options were decent and made the mornings enjoyable. I particularly loved the perspective from the rooftop, allowing me to take in the beauty of the city.

The room was indeed quite small and felt cramped after a long day.

I really liked the location being so close to everything, especially the beach just a short walk away. The staff was friendly, and the rooftop breakfast was decent with a nice view, can't beat that.

The cost was not exactly low but acceptable.

A Cozy Retreat with Fine Rooftop Views!

The Double Twin Room was chic and very clean. Enjoyed the rooftop area for breakfast every morning while soaking in amazing views. The staff were helpful and attentive throughout my visit. Pro tip, Don't miss the freshly made bagels at breakfast.

The location was great, just a short walk to the beach and lots of restaurants nearby. The room had a tv, a refrigerator, and a super comfy bed. Air conditioning worked well. There's a cool rooftop area with a hot tub, though the bar wasn't open, a bummer. Staff was super nice and attentive.
